GTA 6 Cyberleek update: Leaker says no full game build is coming after $30 million target fails
A full GTA 6 build is not coming from Cyberleek under its previously announced plan, according to a message posted under the leaker’s name on October 14, 2026. The account says its cryptocurrency did not reach the $30 million market-value target it had set for an upload. It also says it will stop posting leaks for now. Neither Rockstar Games nor Take-Two Interactive has confirmed that Cyberleek possesses a complete, playable copy of the game.
What changed in the Cyberleek GTA 6 story?
Days earlier, Cyberleek had threatened to release what it described as a build containing GTA 6’s entire story if a cryptocurrency linked to the account reached a $30 million market value. The account also demanded a physical disc release and an apology from Take-Two.
In its October 14 message, the account said the financial target had not been reached, so it would not upload the claimed build. It described an anonymous upload of more than 200 GB as a risk it would not take without reaching that target. The message also said leaks would stop “for now,” leaving open the possibility that the account could post again.
Cyberleek additionally claimed to have the game’s ending but said it would not publish it. Its statements about holding the ending, the size of a build and a purported mechanism for releasing spoilers have not been independently verified.
What has actually leaked?
Videos circulated under the Cyberleek name in August and October, including an October upload of roughly 25 minutes that appeared to show unreleased GTA 6 footage. Some clips appeared to show a player controlling a character rather than simply replaying a trailer. That can suggest access to a playable part of the game, but it does not establish access to every mission or to the finished release version.
Claims about a complete map, the full story and a downloadable game build need to be treated separately from the footage people have seen. A clip cannot verify the contents of an unseen file. Rockstar and Take-Two have not publicly authenticated every video attributed to Cyberleek or confirmed the account’s claims about a complete build.
For the earlier claims and the question of whether a full build might appear, see NOWLIVO’s previous Cyberleek GTA 6 update. The new development is Cyberleek’s statement that the proposed upload will not go ahead.
Does this mean there is no GTA 6 build to download?
There is no verified public release of the complete game from Cyberleek. The account’s change of plan also gives players no reason to trust files advertised as a “Cyberleek build” or as early GTA 6 access. A video of gameplay is not a downloadable game, and an unverified download could put a device or account at risk.
The dispute over discs has a separate, confirmed detail: Take-Two says GTA 6 will have a physical boxed version, but the box will contain a download code rather than a game disc. Digital buyers can begin preloading on November 12, 2026.
When is GTA 6 officially coming out?
Rockstar’s announced release date remains November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Take-Two lists the standard edition at $79.99 in the United States. It has not announced a PC release date.
For now, the answer to whether Cyberleek will leak the full game next is narrower than the earlier threat suggested: the account says it will not release its claimed build under the failed $30 million plan. Whether it has such a build at all remains unproven.
