Bigg Boss Telugu 10: Eight Nominated as GOAT Judges Decide and Mukesh–Shiva Row Erupts
Eight names emerge from a complicated nomination round
Bigg Boss Telugu Season 10 has moved into a new phase of Week 8 risk after an episode in which GOAT-title winners acted as judges over other contestants’ nomination choices. Reporting published on October 28 identifies eight housemates in the eviction zone: Rohit, Jhansi, Sudhir, Vamsi, Shiva, Ram Prasad, RK and Varshini. The list is the fresh result of the nomination process, rather than a new eviction or a prediction based on fan voting.
The round mattered because contestants who had performed well in the earlier GOAT challenges were given influence over other people’s survival. Instead of every nomination standing automatically, the judging panel evaluated competing arguments. That arrangement created several points of friction: contestants argued not only about whom they wanted to nominate but also about whether the judges were listening fairly and applying the same standards.
The GOAT winners became decision-makers
According to the October 28 Telugu360 recap, Naresh put forward Jhansi and Varshini. He questioned Varshini’s contribution to physical tasks, while she argued that a personality-based reality show should not be judged only through task performance. The judges approved Varshini’s nomination. That exchange added a fresh, practical consequence to the emotional dispute involving Varshini and Thrigun that had already featured in the previous day’s coverage.
Shiva then nominated Sudhir and Vamsi. His explanation included criticism of Sudhir’s approach to leadership and decision-making. Mukesh intervened during Shiva’s remarks, prompting disagreement about whether a judge should interrupt a contestant’s case. Debjani also questioned the intervention. The panel ultimately approved Sudhir’s nomination, making the judges’ conduct almost as important to the episode’s tension as the contestants’ original accusations.
Why Mukesh and Shiva became a separate flashpoint
TV9 Telugu’s October 28 report describes Mukesh Gowda’s conduct during the nomination proceedings as a major source of argument. The dispute was not a new eviction, nor does it establish that either man broke an official rule. It arose from the way Mukesh entered other contestants’ explanations and the frustration that caused among those trying to make their case. Shiva’s remarks about Vamsi and Sudhir became one point at which the disagreement escalated.
The issue is especially sensitive in a nomination round with a judging panel. Contestants are asked to explain their choices under pressure; when a judge responds sharply or repeatedly interrupts, the person speaking may see the process as uneven. The available reports describe a loud disagreement, not a formal penalty for Mukesh or Shiva. A claim that the host has punished either contestant would go beyond what was established in these sources.
The later rounds produced unexpected choices
Ram Prasad nominated Shiva and Swetha, questioning Shiva’s earlier decision to surrender a GOAT advantage for Thrigun and raising an issue with Swetha’s conduct in an endurance task. The judges approved Shiva. Later, pairs of contestants from the red zone were required to nominate one person while the judges chose between alternatives. Varshini was selected again, and a further round led to Swetha’s name being accepted.
In the final reported decision, the GOAT winners were asked to select one of Naresh, Swetha and Vamsi. They chose Vamsi, with Thrigun reportedly supporting the decision despite his friendship with him. That choice is a different relationship test from Thrigun’s earlier nomination of Varshini. It also illustrates how the judging format can force contestants to make public decisions that may affect several alliances at once.
Varshini and Thrigun remain part of the larger story
The earlier friendship dispute did not disappear. Telugu360 reports that Varshini questioned Thrigun after a suggestion circulated about an understanding between them. Mukesh denied having made the allegation as a serious claim, while Debjani offered a more nuanced account of what had been said. Thrigun later spoke emotionally about wanting to play for himself and his family, and Varshini questioned how their friendship had changed. These are reported house conversations, not evidence of any private arrangement outside the programme.
The important new point is that the nomination list is now wider than the two friends. Eight people face risk, and several other relationships have been tested by the judges’ decisions. Independent audience polls may show enthusiasm for individual contestants, but they do not provide official voting totals or predict a guaranteed elimination. The next outcome to watch is the broadcaster’s actual eviction announcement; no contestant has been declared out by this report.
What the eight-person list does and does not establish
The published final list includes contestants who entered the round for different reasons. Some were selected through arguments presented to judges; others became vulnerable through the later red-zone mechanism. Treating the list as though all eight had received an identical number of nominations would misrepresent the task. The panel’s approval was a separate layer between a contestant making an accusation and a name reaching the reported eviction zone.
There is also a difference between being nominated and being eliminated. The October 28 reports establish the names facing risk, not their ranking in the broadcaster’s official voting. An online tracker may update during the week, but without a verified broadcaster announcement those figures cannot establish who is safe. The most useful future follow-up will be a change in the list, an official voting announcement, or the eventual weekend result.
