Rajinikanth’s Jailer 2 Draws Box Office Attention as Ramayana Arrives

Rajinikanth’s Jailer 2 remained a prominent box-office story as the release of Ramayana introduced new competition in Indian cinemas.

NDTV’s November 5 coverage cited trade-tracking estimates putting the film’s worldwide collections above ₹821 crore after 21 days. Box-office estimates can differ by tracker, territory and whether gross or net figures are used.

The next test is how strongly the film holds screens and audiences against fresh releases. Reported collections should be presented as trade estimates rather than independently audited revenue.
